Nikola Tesla was a Serbian-American inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer and futurist who is best to know for his contribution to the design of the modern alternating current electricity supply system. Tesla obtained 300 patents worldwide for his invention, Some of Tesla patents are not accounted but there are minimum of 278 known patents issued to Tesla in 26 countries.

We have found seven Tesla’s inventions that didn’t get build. Check them out below:

1. Wireless Energy Transmission

Wireless power Transformation
“Nikola Tesla, electrical wizard, foresees the day when airplanes will be operated by radio-transmitted power supplied by ground stations, as shown” (Transmitter type-two, C/S #6; “Radio Power Will Revolutionize the World,” Modern Mechanix and Inventions, July 1934, Tesla Said, pp. 261-266)

Lot of people don’t k now Tesla also try to build a tower that would transmit electricity through the air. In 1901, Tesla secured $150,000 from finacier J.P. Morgan to build a 185 foot-tall tower, which is looks like Mashroom shaped in the north shore of Long Island capable of transmitting message, images to ship at sea. The tower was called as ‘Wardenclyffe Tower’, Tesla wanted to transmit energy through the air, he wants to adapt it to allow wireless energy transmission, That he could light up New-York city by transmitting millions of volts of electricity through air. But Tesla stops this project in 1906 before making it operational because financier Morgan refuge to give Tesla any additional funding for his project. In 1917, The Wardenclyffe Tower was dismantled.

2. Electric Powered Supersonic Airship.

Tesla was a very innovative person. After the failure of the Wardenclyffe Tower, He began to think more about Aviation. Tesla was Mechanical and Electrical engineer, Taking the reference of both of this knowledge in 1919, he discussed a project on developing supersonic aircraft.

Tesla’s concept of Supersonic Aircraft can travel the 40,000 feet above the ground level and generate the speed of 1,000 mph that allows the passenger to travel between New-York to London in 4 hours.
This aircraft are powered by electricity, which transmitted wirelessly from the ground .

3. DEATH BEAM

Tesla, comes with the most important invention in weapon technology. Tesla gives his idea about a military weapon that would accelerate mercury particles at 48 times the speed of sound inside a vacuum chamber fire a high velocity flame through the air. This will produce very large amount of energy that will bring down 10,000 enemy airplanes from a distance of 250 from 400 km.

Tesla offered his particle beam weapon to very governments, but the only Soviet Union shows interest in it. In 1939 they conducted a partial test but not able to come up with fruitful results.

4. Artificial Tidal Wave

In 1907, Tesla introduced another military invention, In which wireless telegraphy would trigger the detonations of high explosive at sea to generate tidal wave so huge about 100 ft. high even a mile away from the explosion site that would overturn the entire enemy group.

5. The Earthquake Machine

In 1893, Tesla invented a steam powered mechanical oscillator that would vibrate up and down at high speed to generate electricity. He earns a patent for this oscillator.

Although After the years he told to the reporter, while attempting to tune his mechanical oscillator to create vibrations the New – York city laboratory shook so fast that the buildings almost come down. “Suddenly all the heavy machinery in the place was flying around. I grabbed the hammer and broke the machine. The buildings would have been down about our ears in another few minutes. Police and ambulances arrived at the scene, I told to my assistants to say nothing. We told the police it must have been an earthquake.” The innovative Tesla come up with an earthquake machine, but he was not able to build it.

6. The Thought Camera

In 1893, Tesla doing experiments on thought camera he believed that it is possible to to photograph someones thought .

In 1933, Tesla told to reporter that “I became convinced that a definite image formed in thought must, by reflex action, produce a corresponding image on the retina, Which might possibly be read by suitable apparatus.”

If this project can be successful then it is possible to object imagine by the person would be clearly on the screen.
